Our approach
A process unfolding in four movements.
Psychodynamic, process-oriented, and collaborative. Each stage builds on the last; together they let understanding settle into lived change.
- 01
Awareness
Therapy begins with noticing — slowing down enough to feel what's happening in the body, in the breath, in relationships. Most of the time we move so quickly through our days that the texture of experience is lost. Awareness is the soil everything else grows in.
- 02
Insight
Once we can see clearly, we can ask why. Why does this pattern keep showing up? What did it once protect me from? Insight isn't intellectual — it's the felt understanding that things make sense, that you make sense, that nothing about you is broken even when it hurts.
- 03
Integration
New understanding has to make its way from the therapy room into ordinary life. Integration is the often-uncelebrated middle: practicing different responses, holding old impulses with more compassion, letting the work shape how you parent, partner, work, and rest.
- 04
Growth & Change
Change is rarely linear, but it does happen. With time, what was once unconscious becomes a choice. Old patterns soften. Something more flexible, more intentional, more your own takes their place.
